1Log in — SOMIN first, then Claude

✓Sign in to cloud.somin.ai with the account whose workspaces Claude should see.
✓Then sign in to claude.ai with the account that owns the integration.

Golden rule: the OAuth link uses whichever SOMIN session is active when you click Connect — SOMIN login always comes first.

2Connect the SOMIN MCP

✓Open the pre-filled Add custom connector dialog ↗ (or Settings → Connectors → Customize → Add custom connector).
✓Fill the dialog with the two fields below — then click Add.

Leading underscore required — not /mcp.

✓Click Connect on the SOMIN entry — it links instantly with your active SOMIN session (no authorization page).
✓Run the workspace check ↗ — a workspace list within ~4 s means you're connected.

3Allow the domains

✓In Settings → Capabilities, turn on Code execution and file creation and Allow network egress.
✓Choose Allow all domains, or add the three below to the allowlist.

Skipping this makes the skills download silently fail in step 4.

4Run skill setup & save the skills

✓Open Claude with the skills install prompt ↗ and press Enter.
✓Click Save Skill on skill-library-sync first.
✓Save every remaining skill Claude presents (click Replace if prompted).
✓Verify all SOMIN skills are listed and toggled On at claude.ai/customize/skills.

5Run the brand-deck skill

✓Open Claude with the deck prompt pre-filled ↗ and press Enter.
✓Pick a workspace, then a brand, when Claude asks.
✓Success = Claude starts with /scope-elicitation, runs /somin-brand-deck, styles with /somin-brand-guideline.

I have SOMIN MCP connected. Give me a list of workspaces that I can work with, once I choose, give me a list of brands available in my workspace, once I choose the brand, then build a 12-month strategy deck for the one I pick. Use /somin-brand-deck for the full analysis and /somin-brand-guideline for SOMIN styling. Start with /scope-elicitation.

No “Add custom connector” button? Org-managed account — admin must add it. Manual Phase 2A.

Wrong SOMIN account connected? Sign out/in on SOMIN, Disconnect → Connect in Claude. Manual Phase 4.

Capabilities locked? Ask your admin to enable code execution, egress + the three domains. Manual Phase 7.

Skills not used in step 5? Re-check they're saved and toggled On. Manual Phases 8–9.
